	Agarose from Amresco MIDSCI offers a variety of Agarose from Amresco with different characteristics to fill the spectrum of DNA and RNA fragment resolution and separation requirements of demanding researchers. Agarose blends are available for optimal separation of small to large fragments, and two low-melt formulations are ideal for preparative work in which gel slices containing sample bands are purified for downstream applications. Low EEO agarose also available.
	Acrylamide and bis-Acrylamide MIDSCIoffers an extensive line of acrylamide and bis-acrylamide powdered blends, pre-mixed stock solutions and ready-to-use solutions for customized protein PAGE applications. Ultra pure (>99.9%) acrylamide and bis-acrylamide powders provide the flexibility to prepare solutions having concentrations and ratios for all electrophoresis applications. Liquid blends minimize the handling of neurotoxic acrylamide.
	TBE or TAE Running Buffers Whether using TBE or TAE running buffers for horizontal DNA gel electrophoresis, or tris-glycine or tris-tricine buffers for vertical protein gels, MIDSCI offers Amresco electrophoresis buffers to meet your needs. Available as pre-mixed powders, Ready-Packs, or as a concentrated solutions, these electrophoresis buffers from Amresco are a convenient alternative to measuring and weighing individual buffer components. MOPS buffers also available.
	EZ-Vison fluorescent DNA Reagent EZ-Vision™ is a non-mutagenic alternative to ethidium bromide, and is a fluorescent DNA reagent that enables instant band visualization during or immediately after running your agarose gel.  Supplied in 6X loading buffer, it forms a tight complex with the sample DNA and comigrates with it during electrophoresis.  After the run, simply place the gel on a standard UV transilluminator to instantaneously see your bands.  No post-run staining or destaining is required.  EZ-Vision™ provides a faster, safer, environmentally friendly alternative to ethidium bromide.
	Ethidium Bromide from Amresco MIDSCI offers several convenient packaging options for Ethidium Bromide from Amresco. Choose from powder, 10mg/ml solution, or a 0.625mg/ml solution in a no-mess dropper bottle that negates any direct handling or dilution of Ethidium Bromide.
