The BINDER C-Series and CB-Series CO2 Incubators with 180° Hot Air Sterilization are the incubators of choice for cell culture labs mindful of contamination issues or working with pathogens. Sterilization at 180° has been shown to be more effective for completely killing contaminants than UV light or decontamination incubators utilizing temperatures lower than 180°. The BINDER CO2 incubators also have drift-free infrared (IR) CO2 measurement and the Permadry™ system for condensation-free interior.

All models now come standard with an infrared (IR) CO2 sensor for rapid CO2 recovery, and the new anti-corrosion anode allows for the optional use of distilled or tap water to fill the 19 gallon water jacket. Fully coved corners making cleaning simple and the CO2 sample port along with all of the data logger connections are in the front control panel for quick and easy access. The MaxQ2000 CO2 Resistant Shaker operates in temperature ranges of 0° to 40° and humidity conditions from 20 to 80% noncondensing enabling it to operate in incubators, warm rooms, environmental chambers, and refrigerators. This specially treated CO2 resistant shaker withstands up to 10% CO2, enabling it to be used in CO2 cell culture incubators.

Whether storing enzymes, performing ligations, or incubating microtubes, the Boekel Polar Block™ II Bench Top Freezer and TropiCooler™ Bench Top Cooler/Heater are a great alternative to larger, more expensive pieces of equipment. The Polar Block™ II maintains temperature 25°to 39° below ambient (typically -15°) and has one block with a capacity of 14 x 1.5ml tubes. The TropiCooler™ has a temperature range of -19° to +69° and has two blocks, each with a capacity of 14 x 1.5ml tubes. Additional blocks for different size tubes are also available.

The IsoFreeze Flipper Temperature Maintenance Racks offer excellent performance and flexibility when samples and enzymes need thermal protection for extended periods outside of the freezer. With two different rack styles available, samples can be held at 0 degrees Celsius for a minimum of five hours or between -10 and -20 degrees Celsius for up to three hours. Each IsoFreeze Rack can be flipped to accommodate either 20 1.5/2.0ml tubes on one side or 20 0.5ml tubes on the other.
The DynaChill Portable Cooler contains a patented refrigerant in the sides, bottom, and lid, and can keep up to 12 1.5/2.0ml tubes cold for eight hours or longer.
