  • Grow your cells as you normally would in a 2D environment (using flasks/dishes).
  • Add the Nanoshuttle. 
  • The Nanoshuttle is a proprietary product of poly-L-lysine and metal nanoparticles.  The Nanoshuttle adheres to the exterior of the cell but does not interfere or cause any changes in biological activity.
  • Trypsinize/scrape your cells and re-plate into the plates provided in the Bio-Assembler Kit.
  • Place the Magnetic Driver Lid over the cells.
  • The Magnetic Driver Lid levitates the cells and they begin organizing into 3D structures. 
  • As the cells replicate, they do so in 3D and they build their own scaffolding; just like in nature.
  • The 3D cellular structure produced resembles and behaves like in vivo cells and tissues.
